1. This forum is open to ages 18+ only.
While this forum is open to be read by the public, users must be legal adults to join and contribute. This means you are 18+. If it is discovered that a user is not 18+, this may lead to the deactivation of their account.
2. Respect others.
Show proper respect to everyone. No harassment, threats, doxxing, racism, sexism, rage baiting, belittling or general negativity directed at a group or individual.
3. Toxicity is not allowed.
Toxic behavior that creates a messy or uninviting environment is not allowed. This includes individuals exhibiting elitism, trolling, disrespect towards others, rudeness, pettiness, spamming, writing meaningless posts, rule breaking, stoking conflict, or manipulative or attention-seeking behavior. Admins are free to remove messages and deactivate accounts from toxic personalities.
5. SFW material only.
No discussion of porn, sexuality, sexual preferences, innuendos, references or links to images/websites or any media (including video games) that promote such material are tolerated.
Similarly, no discussion or links to gore, extreme violence, torture, anything considered vulgar or inappropriate that would lead someone to wish they could bleach their eyes. While we are an 18+ forum, this space is meant to be SFW and tolerable for anyone who happens to read through this forum.
We have a clear focus on the type of content we'd like to discuss here, and none of it necessitates the aforementioned material. If you are unsure if a website you're sharing would be deemed tolerable, provide content warnings.
6. Substance abuse & mental health.
No discussion surrounding serious mental health issues is permitted. We are not properly trained or equipped to help those who need help with mental health, and discussions around troubles with mental health should be brought to licensed professionals and not discussed on this board. There is absolutely no shame in struggling with mental health and seeking help, these are very serious discussions that should be held in private, where such information cannot be taken and used against a struggling individual, or becoming triggering to others who fight similar battles.
Similarly, discussion around substance abuse, addiction, including the promotion or glorification or normalization of addictive substances, including substances that have been found to be addictive or harmful to some people while okay for others, is not allowed here. This includes not just illegal substances, but discussion surrounding the consumption of alcohol, marijuana, nicotine, pills, or any other habit forming substances with the potential for abuse.
