Here is my setup, i usually have one screen to connect to my laptop and the other to either my switch or playstation. I have a second old laptop that i use for pc games, its always closed and i just use the actual nice screen for that one.

For me E-mail always feels like a too "formal" way of communication at this point. Probably because this is all i use it for at this point. Business related emails or random marketing mails are all i see.
