So, in the Onio chatroom, KonoDioDa shared a song he was working on, and the second I heard it, this story came into my head. I saw the prologue of a pixel game.

A knight in steel armor, riding his horse across green fields, blue skies with occasional clouds passing by—snow-covered mountains in the distant background. A castle surrounded by homes stands ahead of it. Then an intense storm comes out of nowhere: high winds rush forth, heavy rain pours down, frequent flashes of lightning erupt from the dark clouds, stentorian thunder assaults the knight's ears as the dark clouds open up above the distant kingdom. The knight's horse is startled by the ferocity of the storm, throwing him off and causing it to run. A great bolt of lightning strikes the castle's tallest tower, causing it to fall onto the town, crushing some homes and inviting mass panic. A horde of creatures descends on the town as they attack the townspeople, who scream in terror. The city guards engage the attacking horde in battle, doing what little they can against the horde's overwhelming strength, numbers, and brutality. The knight rises to his feet, sees the battle, and runs forth, hand on the pommel of his sword, prepared to do battle. Then, in big, stone letters, the word "Paradigm" crashes onto the screen.

Mind you, this is the first draft, and the first thing that came into my head. Even so, it's not bad.
