I'm very very slowly working on my vinyl collection and i was wondering if anyone else has any to share.
Right now i only have 3 sets but i love them a lot, i got a fourth one on the way once it releases end of this year.

The first one i picked up was this cowboy bebop one that i found in a record store in japan. Somehow i managed to have enough space in my suitcase to bring them home safely.


The second one is a boxset that i wanted for a long time but was out of stock. When i saw they were back i had to get them. This is the soundtrack from my favorite game and the vinyls and box look amazing too!


This last one i've probably listened to the most. It is from a classical composer from China, Yu Peng Chen. He makes incredible orchestral music and is also the main piano player in most of his music. I got to know him because he made the soundtrack for the game Genshin Impact for the first few years before he left and created this album solo. You can check out some of the live recordings of this album on youtube aswell.


I've got another game ost vinyl coming from zenless zone zero but unfortunately i will have to wait a while before it arrives.

yesss, those places have nice vibes and always have good music playing! It is pretty cozy

Honestly I just feel cooler then I actually am when I go to stores like that, but also simultaneously feel like an imposter/attention seeker . Like I am a niche 2000s nostalgia guy, notice how nonchalant and cool I am idk I feel like people could tell I wasn't a true vinyl collector but im def overthinking it

Ya so I collect actually basically everything BUT Vinyls, including things i dont even have means of playing.

These are DA DVDS



Most of the ones in the first image aren't movies ive actually seen or know. I got them one time at this little yard sale type thing where this guy was giving away a buncha dvds for free, so I kinda just grabbed a bunch that sounded cool. The rest ARE movies/shows I like or little finds i picked up. The second image is kinda the preciouses, yk, The X-Files, Twilight, Alien, etc.

Then I have my CD Collection

So with this its worth noting a lot of these are my parent's that i have "adopted" into my collection XD but then others are actually mine, for example the Twilight soundtrack, Riot!, No Doubt, and the Micheal Jackson one. I Would use my CDs more but they arent super convenient for casual listening cuz they can easily get scratched.

THEN THE VHS

So actaully most of these VHS tapes came from this box I picked up from someone's house who was moving and its just a big box of VHS movies i grabbed. its got some good ones like Beetlejuice, E.T, and some Disney Classics too.

Also for the cassettes, funny thing is a lot of those are actually just Christmas song compilations i got for free from the local record shop i was telling you about.

But funny coincidence, I actually went thrifting at Goodwill on Thursday! AND I GOT SOME GEMS

NOW your gonna look at me like "why" but dude this movie is my childhood like i was obsessed with it id watch it all the time and its still lowkey kinda a comfort movie XDD so ya I grabbed it

I actually got these without even knowing what they were. Like i went in completely blind with them, and literally got them specifically cuz they were in Portuguese and im trying to widen my Brazilian music sphere cuz right now its just Brazilian phonk and samba XDD but BOY OH BOY WERE THESE WORTH IT

You can be sure im a Titãs and Paralamas and Legião Urbana fan now cuz THESE ARE THE BESTTTT

Like i love alt oldie rock type stuff like No Doubt and other more old rock bands so these are perfect and IM VERY HAPPY

Also I do intend to listen to the other one i just havent yet

Also a funny thought i had earlier- I thought to myself, "Right ive got these three goldens now, I just gotta get a Cartola 2 CD and my 'im a gen zer who is unironically obsessed with old Brazilian music classics/legends' collection will be complete" XDDDD

Thats mostly it for my collection but i have some things I am specifically looking for, notably Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 1 cuz for some reason no matter what i do i cant find a dvd of it. I cant find part 2 and OWN 2 VERSIONS OF IT but I just cant find part 1
